Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan was tested for coronavirus. Imran Khan met Faisal Edhi of the Edhi Foundation on 15 April. Now Faisal Idhi Corona has been found positive for the coronavirus so test and quarantine are necessary for Imran Khan as a precaution. Imran Khan’s COVID-19 (COVID-19) test report will come in 24 hours.

The report published in the Pakistani media has revealed that the corona investigation report of Faisal Edhi, chairman of the internationally renowned Pakistan philanthropist organization Edhi Foundation, has come positive.

Faisal, son of late social activist Abdul Sattar Edhi, met Prime Minister Imran Khan on 15 April in Islamabad along with some other celebrities and handed over a check of Rs 1 crore for the Corona Relief Fund on behalf of his foundation.

Faisal Edhi’s son told the Dawn newspaper on Tuesday that his father started showing symptoms of coronavirus last week, after meeting the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan in Islamabad on April 15.

Imran Khan is quarantined

Personal physician of Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan and CEO of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, Faisal Sultan told reporters that the Prime Minister would be screened for COVID-19.

Sultan said, ‘”As a responsible prime minister and a responsible citizen I am happy to announce that the prime minister has agreed to get tested on my advice,”

Coronavirus in Pakistan

According to the officials from Pakistan, the number of coronavirus cases has risen to 10,072 in Pakistan and 209 people have lost their lives til now.
